 all sales are final. All appointments require a paid non-refundable deposit, that must be paid in order to reserve the date aand time of the appointment. Upon payment, Microblading by Autum will reserve the time and date agreed upon by both parties. The Client agrees that this non-refundable deposit is earned by Microblading by Autumn when paid, and is remitted in consideration of the experience, reputation, skill of Microblading by Autumn, and in consideration of the inability of Microblading by Autumn to schedule other client during this time. Final payment to Microblading by Autumn will take place at the very end of the clients scheduled appointment. 

All cancellations/no-shows are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. A positive Covid test result (must include full name and date) will be required to wave the $150 cancelation fee required to rebook after a cancelation with less than 48 hours' notice.  Repeated cancelations will result in banning from advanced booking. Clients may appeal and be placed on a cancelation list and be made aware of last-minute cancelations which you may fill only as they become available after a cancelation. Last option, Client will be able to pre-pay for the next appointment in full, which is non-refundable. 

If the Client reschedules 4 weeks or more, before the initial agreed upon date and time, the client may select a different date one time for reschedule. The initial non-refundable deposit will be transferred to the agreed upon reschedule date. 

Any Client that is 20 minutes late or more will result in forfeiture of initial non-refundable deposit.

All photos and videos taken by Microblading by Autumn, during the service, will be exclusive property of the business.

Showing up for all scheduled appointments INCLUDING HEALED CONSULTATIONS is required to enjoy " Loyalty Lock in touch up pricing" for up to 5 years after your inital session for color boost maintance, style changes, ect. 

Advanced technics such as Nano technique will be touched up at the current rate of $100/hour as needed or desired with artist discretion.

Artist reserves the right to cancel any client relationship that fails to follow aftercare or honor agreed upon appointment times at any time.
